What is different about Bidzforit?
Bidzforit only deals with brand new products. Our aim is to offer the latest and greatest products at retail beating process.

Why would I bid for a product on Bidzforit?
As a bidder you have control on what you pay. The earlier that you get in and bid on the product you're after, the lower you will pay.

What if I go into a retailer and get a lower price than Bidzforit?
Your time is valuable, why shop everywhere else when you know that consistently Bidzforit will be cheaper.

I can't find what I am after on your site, can you get it?
The Contact us page allows you to make a Product Request. Select "Product Request" for the subject, and then enter the product you are after in the message.

Who do you use for payments?
We entrust our payments to be processed via Paypal.

Ok so I am successful with an auction, when will I receive the goods?
The product will generally be delivered within 7-14 working days. (Check the Auction Details page for the product which specifies the approximate delivery time of that particular product). The reason for this is that we have product located all over Australia and depending on this and vendor's ability to get the goods out promptly.

Can I return a product if I'm not happy with it?
Unfortunately, no. Once you have bid for a product and have received it can not be returned.

I have received my product but it doesn't work, what do I do?
We have in place a 7 day DOA ( dead on arrival ) period. This time is allocated so that if the product does not work you contact Bidzforit immediately to start the returns process.

Do you store credit card details?
No.
